Tutorial from: http://www.talk-mania.com/showthread.php?t=30146

Everyone heard about 3D movies, where you put blue and red glasses to get the illusion of dimension.

In this simple tutorial you gonna learn how to turn a normal picture into 3D picture using Photoshop. Of course you will need 3D glasses just like those to see the difference.

1.Open the picture. in my case, I choosed the Chrysler 300S.

2.Duplicate the Background and name the layer “Blue”.

3.Than go to Layer>New Adjustment layer>Channel Mixer, and set the red channel as shown.

4.Link the channel mixer to blue layer and press ctrl+e to merge linked.

5.Duplicate Background again and name the layer “Red”, and move it to the top.

6.Make a new channel mixer layer, and set settings as shown:

7.Link the channel mixer to Red layer and press ctrl+e.

8.Set the Red layer blending mode to lighten, than press ctrl+t to free transform than press the left arrow several time, it depends on how big is the image. if you couldn’t see any difference in picture than you may need to move it more to the left.

Here is what I got.

Thanks!
